"Legit, but the communication could be better"
I ordered from collectorstore once and did end up getting my items, so I don’t think they’re a scam or anything. The stuff was packed well and arrived in good shape, which I appreciated. That said, shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking updates were limited. I also felt like the answers I got when I asked about my order weren’t always consistent, which was a little frustrating. I’d probably order from them again, but I’d feel a lot better if they had clearer tracking and faster, more reliable communication.

The item itself was in good condition, but the box did arrive with a small dent. It’s not a huge issue, but it was still a bit disappointing since I expected the packaging to be undamaged. I’d appreciate some kind of small compensation or credit for the dent.

I ordered from The Collector Store everything looked legit to me. I’m usually skeptical of stores that have all the super polished “trust us, we’re authentic” type language, so I wasn’t just taking their word for it. The packaging was fine, the cards matched the listing, and I didn’t see any weird signs of resealing or fake stuff. I’m picky with collectibles, so it was a relief. I’d order from them again

I sent in some cards from their buylist, and the whole process was really straightforward. I just followed the instructions, packed everything up, and shipped it out, and after they received the cards they checked them quickly. The payment came through the way I expected, so there weren’t any weird surprises or back-and-forth issues. I always get a little nervous mailing cards in because you never know if it’s going to be a pain, but this was smooth from start to finish. No hassle at all, and I’d definitely use Collector Store again.

"Small mix-up, but they handled it well"
My order had a little mix-up, i was annoyed at first. One of the items was missing, so I had to email them about it, which isn’t exactly fun. But to be fair, they replied quickly and didn’t make it a whole big ordeal. They sent out the missing item, and even though it took a few extra days, everything got sorted. Overall, not perfect, but their customer service handled it well enough that I’d use collectorstore.com again.

After I paid, I got a little unsure and wondered if everything would show up okay. But the order arrived packed really well, with no dents or anything loose inside. The boxes were protected nicely and everything was clean when I opened it. Overall, I’m happy with how they shipped it.

I did local pickup from The Collector Store and it was sorta hassle-free. My order was ready when I got there, and the staff was nice enough. The only small downside was that parking was sorta tight, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d use them again

Got my order from collectorstore and it was literally exactly what I picked out. No missing cards, no wrong items, and the quantities were all correct too. Nothing fancy to say, but that’s all I wanted. I’m happy with the order and would definitely buy from them again.
